Review
Turtle Bay is an arcade game in which you control a turtle fighting octopusses.
Turtle Bay offers realtime water effects and tons of graphics and animations.
The turtle is equipped with a Turbo Boost, a water cannon and many other equipment.
You will find: boxing crabs in the caribbean, poisonous snakes in the amazonas, mine spitting submarines in the arctic and many more challenges.
The program has 80 levels, with 15 bonus levels and 5 secret levels. There are 3 climate zones with different opponents and challenges.
Turtle Bay has 3D support (OpenGL) and can be controlled using your mouse, keyboard, joystick or gamepad.
The program starts showing you the story of the main character, the turtle, through a fully illustrated comic. Then, you´re introduced to the controls to play the game with a tutorial that tells you all the necessary information to play the game.
For example, the ice cubes contain trapped turtles that you have to set free, and the octopuses can only be harmed when they change their color. |
